Director of Operations and Outreach

The Director of Operations and Outreach serves as a bridge between Starcross's mission and its daily work. This position supports community programs, volunteer engagement, fundraising, communications, and organizational operations while helping cultivate meaningful connections with visitors, and community partners. Through a combination of practical management and relationship-building, the Director helps sustain Starcross as a place of spiritual reflection, environmental stewardship, and community care.
