General Information
Starcross Community is looking to build a team to support the daily work and long-term vision of the community. Folks that are interested in creating a relationship with the land, developing personal growth and spirituality, and participating in community activities throughout the week will fit in very well here.
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit multi-faith monastic community in rural northwest Sonoma County, a sanctuary for people and nature. Those who come to live and work at Starcross often fall in love with the redwood forest or the rows of olive trees. All are invited to participate, if they wish, in the weekly spiritual rhythms.

Archivist (Tentative)
We are looking for the right person to tell the long, beautiful, and winding story of Starcross by digitizing our extensive library. Those interested in the AIDs pandemic with experience with and/or interest in archival work will find this work exciting and fulfilling.
This is an in-person position. Room and board are provided.

Starcross & COVID-19
The positions listed are on-site positions that require individual(s) to move to our location in Annapolis, CA. That being said, we understand that it is a tenuous time to travel in our country at the present moment.
Our community at Starcross takes COVID-19 seriously, and the safety of all individuals is of upmost importance. Due to the age of our community members, we take every precaution with new volunteers and staff entering our community. Other requirements may pertain to individuals depending on circumstance. Details will be discussed with applicants as applicable.
